Pull to Purchase Policy

By completing this purchase, you agree to following terms:

1. Purpose of Pull

Garments are being pulled solely for fittings in consideration of purchase. Garments may not be worn for personal use, events, photoshoots, media, or any unauthorized purposes unless purchased in full. Any unauthorized use will result in the Client being charged the full retail value of the garment(s).

2. Condition of Garments

All garments are inspected prior to fittings and will be delivered in clean, wearable condition. The Client agrees to inspect the garments upon receipt and notify The Rareté immediately of any concerns about condition.

3. Care and Handling

The Client agrees to handle all garments with the utmost care. To protect the integrity of the garments: No outside tailors, seamstresses, dry cleaners, or other service providers may alter, clean, or modify the garments in any way. If alterations are required, the garment must be purchased. No pins, tapes, adhesives, or any items that could puncture, stain, or damage the fabric may be used during fittings. Tailor clips are available upon request from The Rareté to assist in fittings without damaging garments. If a garment is returned with any damage, including but not limited to holes, stains, stretching, tears, or unauthorized alterations, the Client agrees to purchase the garment at its full listed retail price. Should any damage or soiling occur during the fitting, the Client must immediately return the garment to The Rareté for evaluation. Under no circumstances should the Client send the garment to a dry cleaner or attempt any repairs without prior written approval from The Rareté.

4. Loss, Theft, or Irreparable Damage

In the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage (as determined solely by The Rareté), the Client is responsible for paying the full retail value of the garment(s).

5. Pull Terms

Returns made after the Return by Date will incur a fee of 4% of the garment’s purchase price per piece, per day until the item is returned.

6. Payment Terms
