NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through our store. Each item is carefully inspected and described to the best of our ability to ensure that you have a clear understanding of its condition before purchase.

CONDITION OF ITEM
Our vintage items may have been previously owned and may show signs of wear and aging, which is part of their charm and authenticity. We strive to provide detailed descriptions and photographs of each item to give you the most accurate representation possible. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please refer to our rating scale below: 

Pristine: No apparent wear.

Excellent: There is minor or imperceptible wear consistent with age and use. 

Very Good: There is apparent wear consistent with age and use. The apparent wear will be noted in the condition section and/or displayed in the photographs. 

Good: Items show moderate flaws from previous use.

SPECIAL CASES
In rare cases, refunds may be considered if an item is significantly different from the description provided. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any concerns. Special case refunds are subject to availability and approval. If returned goods are received in a damaged condition, a refund will not be issued until the damage has been assessed and repair costs have been estimated. You will receive an email with the repair estimate. Any refund or credit due will be adjusted to account for deductions such as shipping, customs, repair, and cleaning costs. If the item is determined to be beyond repair, no refund will be given, and the item will be returned to you.
