PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 12 PM CST may begin processing the following business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Overnight Express Domestic: 1 business day
- Domestic (U.S.): 5 - 8 business days
- Expedited Domestic: 3 - 4 business days

International: 5 - 14 business days (varies by destination)
While we can ship internationally, please contact us prior to making a purchase to confirm shipping costs, if neccesary.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, order weight, dimensions, and destination.
We may offer complimentary shipping on select orders or promotional periods, as indicated at checkout.
INSURANCE & SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
All shipments will include insurance.
High-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Insurance coverage applies only once the shipment is scanned and in transit with the carrier.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to populate in the carrier system.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
- Refunds (if requested) will exclude original shipping costs and any carrier return fees.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
LOST, STOLEN, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
- Retain all packaging materials for claims processing.
- We will initiate an insurance claim with the carrier.
Insurance claims may require documentation and can take time to resolve based on the carrier’s investigation process.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen unless signature confirmation was required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
- Refused international shipments may incur return shipping and customs charges, which will be deducted from any refund.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier disruption
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect address information
